RECIPE: Spicy Fruit Salad

1/8 tsp ground cloves, ground
1 cup red or black seedless grapes
1/2 cup prunes or plums, diced
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1 pear, cubed
1/8 tsp cardamom, ground
1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 large orange, peeled and sectioned
2 bananas, sliced
1/3 cup walnuts, or pecans, toasted 

Cooking Directions:

Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Combine yogurt and spices in a small bowl and mix well. Add to fruit just before serving, mixing until well combined.
