Ingredients:
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup walnuts, finely chopped
1 cup dates, chopped
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp salt
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Sift in next 3 ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Transfer batter to a well-greased 8x8 in. pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool. Cut into bars and dust with powdered sugar.Nutritionist Recommended For:
