Stafford County, VA Amber Alert Issued Stafford County - An Amber Alert has been issued. A shocking abuduction out of Stafford County, caught on tape. And authorities hope showing it to you, will help them catch the suspects. This surveillance video caught the entire act. A 17 year old black female, pulled into a van at a Target Store parking lot at 11:30 Saturday morning You can see on the surveillance the dark green Dodge caravan pulling up. Then suddenly several people jump out and grab what appears to be a young woman. They force her into the van, all while several people pass by. Witnesses say the victim was fighting and screaming as she was pushed inside. Police say the woman is 5 feet 7 inches, weighs 140 pounds with brown eyes. She was wearing a white t-shirt, dark pants and was carrying a black purse. Police are looking for the Dodge Caravan with Rhode Island tag number 984610.
