Circumstances:	UPDATE: Added better quality photos for child and mother, and male suspects picture. The 10 month-old child was abducted by her mother, Samantha Folan, who is a heroin user and alcoholic. She is believed to be traveling with her boyfriend, Ryan Frederick, who is also a heroin user and has an active felony warrant for his arrest for fleeing impatient treatment. The abductor recently contacted a friend in Jacksonville, NC stating she was coming with the child. Child is endangered and no vehicle information at this time.

Last seen wearing white sweatshirt and blue jeans.
